• It is the responsibility of the registrant to inform us that payment has been made
• Registrant must only deposit his/ her payment on or before the last day of registration. Payments made AFTER May 28, 2020 will NOT be entertained.
• Upon receipt of the deposit slip, you will be given a registration code. Please us this code to register. You will not be included in the start list if you do not successfully register online.
• Vermosa Sprint Tri 2020 - REGISTRATION LINK
• Your name will be added to the start list only if you have successfully paid for the correct Bundle fee amount of the race category you are joining and registered online using the code given to you.
• Deadline for registration is May 28, 2020 or until slots last
• Registration fees are non- transferable. Your race bib cannot be transferred or sold to any other individual. Both athletes caught competing under someone else’s registration / or allowing the use of his/her race bib will be banned from joining and Bike King races for a minimum period of two (2) years, at the sole discretion of Bike King.
• If you are unable to participate, you will not receive a refund for your race entry fee, but you may claim your race giveaways.
• Refund Policy:
• Athletes confirmed in the race who wish to withdraw, must do so in writing to the race office. Email: registration@bikekingphilippines.com
• It is the athlete’s responsibility to ensure the race office has received any communication. Upon confirmation of this request, athletes are eligible for a partial refund as follows:
• Any requests received before March 30 will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
• Any requests received before between April 1 to 30 will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• There will be no refunds by May 1, 2020.
• If you do not receive a response from the race office within 5 days from request, it should be assumed that it has not been received and you should contact again by email: registration@bikekingphilippines.com

10+1 REGISTRATION PROMO FOR INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY

• E-mail to registration@bikekingphilippines.com should include the ff:
• List of ten(10) of your online registered teammates
• Full name and e-mail of your 11th member
• Once verified, a BUNDLE 6 registration code(BASIC REGISTRATION FEE ONLY) will be sent for the 11th member
• 11th member may use that code to register online for free
